Purpose of the Committee:
The SC/ST Committee is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and/or AICTE to ensure the welfare, equal opportunity, and protection of rights for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe students, faculty, and staff within the institution.
Objectives:
1. To prevent caste-based discrimination in any form.
2. To provide a platform for SC/ST members to raise grievances.
3. To monitor the implementation of reservation policies.
4. To promote equality, inclusion, and dignity on campus.
5. To sensitize the campus community on issues related to caste equity.
