The Equal Opportunity Cell is formed to ensure that all students and staff—regardless of caste, gender, religion, disability, or socio-economic background—are provided equal access, opportunities, and support in the academic and institutional environment. It aligns with the mandates of the UGC, AICTE, and National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (NCMEI). Key Objectives: 1. To ensure non-discrimination and promote an inclusive environment. 2. To support the social and academic development of disadvantaged groups (SC/ST/OBC/Minorities/PwD). 3. To assist students in accessing government schemes, scholarships, and remedial coaching. 4. To sensitize the institutional community on issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion. 5. To collect and analyze data on the diversity profile of students and staff for better policy implementation.
