Our college is approved by AICTE , Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University , Hyderabad, Recognized by Directorate of Technical Education of government of Telangana. The college has Governing council. It runs as per the rules and regulations stipulated by government of Telangana from time to time. The college comes under” Private self-Financing category and therefore financial transactions are audited by the private auditors. The college has different bodies to maintain all types of discipline in the campus all the cells or the committee is under statutory bodies. The application under RTl act may be sent to the public information officer (PIO) or handed over in his/her office for any information required. All the information about college is open for the public and it can be obtained by a citizen of India.

The APIO & PI0 are authorized to receive requests from the students and others regarding their academic needs and the information they sought need to send by register post to the college address or by E Mail: akits.org @gmail.com as per the RTI Act 2005 format. The committee members should dispose the cases within a reasonable period but not more than 30 days. The order passed by APIO and PIO are subject to scrutiny of the Appellate authority provided the aggrieved if any may approach the authority in writing with the grievance and to seek remedy for his request. The Appellate authority at the institutional level shall examine the cases in a just and fair manner and discharge his obligation impartially without detrimental to the applicant and organization. Every order passed by the appellate authority in the institutions subject representation by the aggrieved person to the Appellate authority at the JNTU Hyderabad.
